Self-hosted cold-email infrastructure
Your sending engine.
Your server. Your data.
Unlimited mailboxes, zero per-seat fees, real deliverability data instead of a vanity warmup score, AI personalization with your choice of Gemini or Claude — and a queue that never pushes a domain past what’s actually safe.
Illustrative example, not live data.
As of November 2025, Gmail escalated its non-compliant bulk-sender enforcement from throttling to permanent rejection for senders missing one-click unsubscribe headers (Gmail/Yahoo bulk-sender requirements, 2024-2026). A domain that passed a deliverability check a year ago can silently fail it today.

Five reasons this isn’t just another sending tool.
Ranked by how much of the category it actually differs from — the first is true against every competitor, the rest against most of them.
True infrastructure-level single tenancy
Your own containers, database, nginx, TLS certificate, and Docker network. Not a "dedicated IP." Not an isolated row in a shared database. Nothing here is shared with any other customer — or with WarmHawk itself.
Live in under 10 minutes, one command
Self-hosted infrastructure has a reputation for painful setup. One command handles TLS, secrets, and license activation, start to finish.
Real deliverability data, not a vanity score
Most "warmup health" numbers are self-reported and can read 90+ while real inbox placement quietly collapses. WarmHawk surfaces an actual seed-inbox placement result on the same domain health screen.
A queue engine that won’t burn your domains
Every send respects a minimum cadence floor with jitter, and mailbox rotation is capacity-aware, favoring whichever mailbox has sent least recently.
No per-seat, no credits, no hidden add-ons
One flat fee per account. Warmup, uptime monitoring, and OTEL export are built in, not upsells. Unlimited users and client domains on the same license.
Built different
Not just priced differently — architected differently.
Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, and Woodpecker all run every customer on shared, vendor-owned servers. WarmHawk doesn’t.
| Shared SaaS | WarmHawk | |
|---|---|---|
| Infrastructure | Every customer on the vendor’s shared servers | Your own containers, database, nginx, TLS |
| Pricing model | Per seat and/or per client domain | One flat fee, unlimited users and domains |
| Deliverability signal | Vendor-reported "heat score" | Real seed-inbox placement test |
| Setup | Instant — but you own none of the infrastructure | One command, under 10 minutes, and it’s yours |
| Support | Bot-first or multi-day queue, per G2 reviews | Founder-staffed — 1 business day, 4h on critical |
| Add-ons | Warmup, whitelabel, analytics sold separately | Included in the flat fee, by default |
Not shared with another agency or customer — full stop. “Tenant” here means your WarmHawk account: it’s fully isolated from everyone else’s, down to the container and the database. Inside your own account, client domains and mailboxes currently share one database — full per-end-client workspace isolation is on the roadmap.
Questions
Before you install anything.
What does "self-hosted" actually mean here?+
You run WarmHawk on your own server — your own containers, your own Postgres database, your own TLS certificate. WarmHawk never touches your leads or mailbox credentials, because it never sees them.
Is the free tier a real product, or a crippled trial?+
Tier 0 is the full sending engine over a direct API — same queue, same guardrails, same BYOK AI personalization. There’s no dashboard and no support SLA, but nothing about the sending engine itself is held back.
What’s the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?+
Tier 1 is self-hosted by you — you run the one-command install, for $199/mo. Tier 2 has WarmHawk’s founder run the deployment for you instead, as a one-time $999 setup fee, plus that same $199/mo software fee. Once it’s handed over, you run it day to day, with a direct founder-line, same-business-day support SLA — Tier 1’s is 1 business day via support@warmhawk.com.
If it’s single-tenant, is each of my clients isolated too?+
Single-tenant describes your account, not each end-client inside it. Your account is fully isolated from every other WarmHawk customer. Inside your own account, client domains currently share one database.
What if I don’t want to manage a server myself?+
Tier 2 is a $999 one-time setup service plus the same $199/mo software fee Tier 1 pays — WarmHawk’s founder runs the deployment for you instead of walking you through install.sh, then hands you the keys. It’s done-for-you at setup, not run-for-you ongoing: from there you operate it yourself, with a direct founder-line, same-business-day support SLA on top.
Is there a guarantee?+
Tier 1 ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee, stated plainly at checkout.
