Check your SPF record — and its 10-lookup budget.
SPF lists which servers may send mail for your domain, and RFC 7208 caps it at exactly 10 DNS lookups — go over, and receivers stop honoring the record entirely, silently. Paste up to 15 domains below to see your live SPF record, its exact lookup count against that ceiling, and 4 more checks alongside it.
Questions
SPF Record Checker FAQ
What happens if my SPF record exceeds 10 DNS lookups?+
Receivers are required by RFC 7208 to treat the whole record as a permanent error and stop evaluating it — usually meaning mail starts failing SPF everywhere, with no warning in your own DNS.
What does "+all" or "?all" mean at the end of my SPF record?+
+all authorizes literally anyone to send as your domain — almost never intentional. ?all authorizes nothing in particular. Neither is a safe default.
Can I have two SPF records?+
No — receivers treat two TXT records at the SPF selector as an error and ignore both, which is functionally the same as having none.
