5.7.750: Blocked from sending from unregistered domains
Microsoft 365 returns 5.7.750 when a suspicious amount of mail from your tenant uses From: domains that are not added and verified in the tenant. Microsoft blocks sending from those unprovisioned domains. Add and validate every domain you send from in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
The exact message
Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
5.7.750 Service unavailable. Client blocked from sending from unregistered domains
Why it happens
- An app or device sends through your tenant using a From: domain that is not an accepted domain.
- Outreach domains are used as From: addresses without being added to the tenant.
How to fix it
- Add each sending domain under Settings > Domains in the Microsoft 365 admin center and verify it.
- Stop sending with From: domains the tenant does not own.
If you send cold email
Every outreach domain used from a Microsoft 365 tenant must be added and verified as a domain in that tenant; you cannot send as an arbitrary domain through it.
How WarmHawk handles it
WarmHawk sends through your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes. When the provider stops accepting a mailbox’s sign-in (approval removed, password reset, no Exchange Online license), WarmHawk marks that mailbox as needing a reconnect and says why, instead of showing it as connected while every send fails.
